I am seeking a compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy female personal support assistant to help a middle-aged woman living with spinal injuries.

Start Date: September 2026

Position Details

- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Shifts range from 1–3 hours
- Flexible scheduling
- Starting wage: $23.00/hour
- Wage review after 6 months based on performance
- Increase to $25.00/hour after one year for the right long-term fit
- Female applicants only due to the personal nature of the care provided

Duties Include

- Assistance with personal grooming and personal care
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
- Basic meal preparation
- Grocery shopping (approximately once per week)
- General assistance with activities of daily living as needed

The Ideal Candidate Is

- Kind, compassionate, and respectful
- Dependable, honest, and punctual
- Comfortable providing personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy
- Organized and able to work independently




- Patient with good communication skills
- A non-smoker
- Comfortable working in a home with a friendly dog
- Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Previous experience as a PSW, caregiver, or in healthcare is an asset, but not required. The right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most key.
