Retro North Games is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our new location in Thunder Bay!

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping customers and has an interest in video games, trading cards, collectibles, tabletop games, or similar hobbies.

Responsibilities include

- Greeting customers and helping them find products
- Operating the cash register and POS system
- Stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise
- Testing and cleaning used games, consoles, and accessories
- Keeping the store clean and presentable
- Assisting with trade-ins and basic product questions
- Helping with online orders and other day-to-day store duties

The ideal candidate:
- Is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with the public
- Has good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has knowledge of retro and modern video games; knowledge of Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer,



or other collectibles is an asset
- Is comfortable learning new products and store procedures
- Is available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Previous retail experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who is enthusiastic, dependable, and willing to learn.
