We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing parts inventory and assisting customers. The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational skills to ensure efficient parts distribution and excellent customer service, basic computer skills (email, internet search, Quickbooks)

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in locating and purchasing parts, ensuring a positive customer experience

- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory

- Process purchase orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for procurement and sourcing needs

- Collaborate with mechanics, service technicians,



or manufacturing teams to source mechanical parts and components efficiently

- Pickup and delivery of parts from suppliers and to customers

Skills

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy

- Mechanical knowledge relevant to automotive and trailer parts is an asset

- Customer service skills to effectively assist clients and internal teams

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

- Drivers license with a clean driving record

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
