Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in selecting parts while ensuring a clean and well-stocked inventory. You will manage receiving shipments, provide price information, and facilitate parts delivery to technicians ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Check and count parts upon arrival from suppliers
- Assist customers in selecting required parts
- Inform customers of specials and companion part needs
- Answer inbound calls for pricing and parts inquiries
- Use company vehicle for parts deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor
- CDK experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
