As a Parts Consultant, you will be an integral part of our dealership's success by providing outstanding customer service and expertise in automotive parts. You will be responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and other departments in identifying and sourcing the right parts for various vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have a robust automotive parts background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories
- Process parts inquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to identify customer needs
- Source and order parts from suppliers as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimal
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parts orders and deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management
