We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Pastor of Youth and Young Adults to lead and inspire the next generation within our faith community. Responsibilities

- Design and implement cutting-edge youth and young adult ministry programs that promote spiritual growth, community involvement, and leadership development.
- Deliver compelling sermons, teachings, and presentations that resonate with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Foster a welcoming environment where youth and young adults feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore their faith openly.
- Lead regular meetings, retreats, workshops, and outreach events that engage participants actively in their spiritual development.
- Collaborate with church staff, parents, volunteers, and community organizations to expand ministry reach and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship, guidance,



and pastoral care to youth and young adults facing personal or spiritual challenges.
- Communicate effectively through written materials, social media platforms, and public speaking engagements to promote upcoming events and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in youth ministry or related leadership roles within a faith-based setting.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex spiritual concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills that inspire confidence and connection.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate volunteers and team members.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to foster open dialogue within the community.
- Ability to develop creative curricula and deliver impactful lessons tailored to different age groups.
