Join the Catholic Education Centre as a Temporary Payroll Administrator, managing bi-weekly payroll and ensuring accurate documentation. Under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, you will process payroll, verify documents, reconcile remittances, and answer payroll inquiries. Strong computer skills and previous payroll experience are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Process bi-weekly payrolls using HRIS and SFE software
- Verify and coordinate payroll documentation for accuracy
- Produce Records of Employment (ROEs) and manage timesheets




- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve administrative issues
- Administer pension and benefits documentation Requirements:
- High School Graduation Diploma with business coursework
- Completion or pursuit of Canadian Payroll Association Certificate
- Minimum one year of payroll experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for salary calculations
