Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed.
- Develop tailored pest management plans based on inspection findings and client needs.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safety precautions during treatment processes.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments,



and follow-up schedules to ensure ongoing pest management success.
- Use sales skills to recommend additional services or products that benefit the customer’s pest control needs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment during application procedures to ensure safety for yourself and clients.

Experience/ Requirements

- A Valid Driver's License
- Valid Ontario Structural Exterminator License
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or other equipment used in pest control is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, detail orientation, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role

*This position offers commission and incentive bonuses in addition to the base salary. Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
