Job Type - Part Time Location - Peterborough, ON K9H 2L2 We are looking for a candidate with maximum flexibility. Hours can vary greatly from week to week. Retail experience is an asset but not necessary.
Knowledge of running/walking is required. Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
- Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running setting
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
