Site Supervisor – UFA Petroleum | Full-Time or Part-Time
Company: UFA Petroleum AgentLocations: Moose Jaw and Swift Current, SaskatchewanJob Type: Full-time/Part-timeCompensation: Competitive wage, benefits, RRSP matching, annual bonus and fuel discount.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional additional hours may be required during busy periods.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at one of our UFA petroleum locations.
This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role, guide a team and help shape the success of a busy local operation. The successful candidate will coordinate fuel orders and deliveries, supervise employees, maintain accurate records and ensure the site operates safely, efficiently and professionally.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, serving customers and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. With training, support and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, the position offers a strong path for professional growth within the organization.
Leadership Opportunities
- Lead and support a team in a safety-focused, customer-oriented environment
- Organize daily priorities and help employees succeed in their roles
- Train and mentor team members on site procedures, customer service and safety practices
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, service and workplace organization
- Build leadership experience in petroleum, agriculture, transportation and logistics operations
- Take on expanded responsibilities and support operations at both locations as opportunities arise
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and lead daily site operations
- Receive and organize customer fuel orders
- Coordinate driver schedules and fuel deliveries
- Enter and manage fuel tickets accurately
- Track fuel inventory and incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports
- Assist customers and support bulk fuel sales
- Build positive relationships with farmers, contractors, businesses and community customers
- Ensure all safety policies and operating procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, secure and professional site
- Coordinate cleaners and other site helpers as required
- Identify operational concerns and communicate site activity to management
- Assist with inventory counts and other administrative duties
- Support continuous improvement and efficient site operations
- Provide support to both locations when required
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory, team-lead or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to motivate, support and supervise employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Administrative, bookkeeping or data-entry experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Valid driver’s licence
- Comfort working in an active petroleum-site environment
- Fuel, agriculture, transportation or logistics experience is an asset
- Commitment to workplace safety and dependable service
