PHYSIO AIDE/RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Physio Aide/Receptionist to join our team at_ Quarry Physiotherapy in Gimli and Arborg (position is for both clinic locations)._

We are seeking someone available for casual/part-time, with availability on Wednesdays (day-time) and Thursdays (afternoon/evenings). We offer flexible scheduling and a positive, collaborative team dynamic where everyone supports one another. This is an chance to gain valuable healthcare and administrative experience and is well suited to students or those seeking stable, long-term employment with room to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent customer-service, telephone and communication skills
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and work independently or as part of a team
- Respectful of patient and clinic confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual and attentive throughout scheduled shifts
- Takes initiative and completes daily checklists accurately without repeated reminders
- Personal phone use is limited to breaks or urgent situations
- Previous clinic, office, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset

COMPUTER AND OFFICE SKILLS - Candidates should be familiar with, or comfortable learning:

- Microsoft Word and Excel




- Email, internet, and web-based systems
- POS, debit, and credit terminals
- Payment processing and cash handling; balancing experience is an asset
- Telephone, scanner, fax and photocopier systems

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome patients and manage front reception and telephone calls
- Book, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments
- Process payments, issue receipts and respond to routine account inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient information and protect confidentiality
- Clean and prepare treatment spaces between patients
- Complete laundry, stock supplies and maintain general clinic tidiness
- Complete daily opening, closing and task checklists
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
