Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining consistent standards
- Handle food safely by following proper sanitation and hygiene practices in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with overall food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, throughout each shift
- Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with friendly and efficient service
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food handling, safety procedures, and quality assurance
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods specific to pizza making
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
