Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pricing and Customer Service Professional role based in Cochin, SK. The skilled will prepare and manage freight pricing, quotations, and rate negotiations for ocean and air shipments, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely updates on shipments, resolving service issues,



and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal operations teams and external partners to support end-to-end logistics, from booking to last-mile delivery. The professional will also maintain records, monitor service quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and pricing processes.
