Title: Procurement Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Daily Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior management to proactively develop negotiation and contract strategies for high risk/complex and sensitive sourcing initiatives.

- Gather and analyze data to create playbooks and strategies to support the different business models for services contemplated or currently under contract and prepare findings for senior management.

- Develop and negotiate complex (strategically critical, high value, or high risk) contract strategies that will provide cost effective, sustainable solutions to clients businesses, and optimizing total value generated from Client’s supplier base.

We are looking for:

- Experience in global procurement, strategic sourcing and relationship management

- Understanding of procurement law and/or regulations

- Leads complex deals with a total contract value $3Million or more

- Business and financial Acumen





- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong contract drafting acumen

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience in leading and supporting senior leaders

- Achieving financial targets

- 7+ years relevant experience

- Experience with qualified services and/or management consulting

- Experience with cloud software negotiations

- Category management and pipeline management
