Clio's Document Management System (DMS) is a foundational part of how legal professionals manage their day-to-day work, and we're investing heavily in its next chapter. Having recently shipped V1, we're building toward a more robust, scalable experience for firms of every size, including more advanced document coordination, collaboration, and review workflows for larger, more complex practices. As Clio's AI capabilities continue to expand across the platform, DMS is one of the places where that intersection matters most, since documents are the backbone of how legal work gets done.

As a Product Designer, you'll join a growing DMS design team and play a hands-on role shaping in-flight projects, from concepting through execution and testing.

You'll build strong foundational UI and interaction craft, develop your systems thinking, and grow your research skills with support from more senior designers on the team, all while working on a product area that's core to the business. Design is central to Clio's R&D;, working alongside Product and Engineering to revolutionize legal tech.

Iteration: Help respond to customer feedback following the V1 launch of DMS, and contribute to the roadmap for scaling DMS to larger, more complex firms.
