Job Summary

We are a growing nutraceutical manufacturing company based in Richmond, BC, specialized in fermented supplements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development, optimization, and commercialization of creative natural health products within a collaborative manufacturing and R&D; environment.

Duties

- Support product development projects from concept through commercialization.

- Develop, optimize, and evaluate formulations and manufacturing processes.

- Participate in product testing, scale-up, and manufacturing transfer activities.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and development records.

- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and external partners to support successful product launches.

- Provide technical support to answer consumer or retailer questions

- Provide technical support during pilot and commercial production activities while adhering to applicable quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications





- Degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition, or a related scientific discipline.

- Experience in product development, formulation, process development, or commercialization within dietary supplements, natural health products, cannabinoids, food, consumer health products, or related industries.

- Experience with one or more product formats such as tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, chewables, soft gels, liquids, beverages, topicals, or other consumer product formats.

- Knowledge of GMP, Health Canada product licensing

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of labelling requirements

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
