Reporting to the Senior Manager - Commercial Management, the person occupying this position is responsible for business cases, analytical evaluations and performance management for Air Canada products and the Aeroplan program.

Analyze problems and situations, as well as their impacts on the Loyalty and Products business units. Manage performance, being accountable yourself for performing assigned tasks effectively and holding others to do the same, and focus on execution excellence.

Using

Power BI and SQL, analyze data relating to key performance indicators of the Aeroplan program and products in order to respond to ad hoc performance requests and support regular operational and financial performance meetings.

Experience in analytics, consulting, finance or other quantitative fields.



Demonstrated communication skills which include communications of customer opportunities and explanation of financial performance.
