We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Shop Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the production manager with various tasks, as well as outrigger pad manufacturing tasks while ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace.

- Assisting the production manager with varied tasks.
- Assist in outrigger pad manufacturing
- Sanding/Router as part of our manufacturing process
- Rope cutting and install as per work order specification
- Assist with load and unload materials with forklift
- Assist with shipping and receiving.
- Assist with cutting material.
- Help maintain our facility and equipment’s cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to work alone when required, while still achieving target deadlines

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay: Overtime pay

Work Location: In person

Schedule:

· 8 hour shift (7am – 4pm)

· Day shift (1 hour lunch)

· Monday to Friday
