Agency is in need of Personal Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will enjoy working with people in general and have extensive experience in communicating with others. We’re looking for a professional PSW who is prepared to advocate for our clients and follow all the COVID-19 precautionary rules outlined by Health Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to fill in shifts when needed
- Assistance in daily living activities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Assist with toileting and ambulation
- Assistance with ongoing medical conditions
- Knowledge of clients who have Dementia
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
Education/Knowledge
- PSW certified
- Follow HIPPA compliance
- English well spoken
- Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Certifications:First aid, CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Soft Skills
- Compassionate with a gentle bedside manner
- Physical endurance
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative nature, get along with others well
You will also ensure compliance with rules and regulations, by handling routine work and by processing information to ensure compliance with regulations. Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
