- Develop and oversee community-based programs
- Recruit and manage Community Inclusion employees
- Support staff training and development initiatives




- Regularly update and implement Personal Service Plans
- Coordinate crisis response and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

- Diploma in a relevant field
- At least three years in Community Inclusion or two years of managerial experience
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft applications
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification
