Role Description The Program Manager at CMRDI Training Center will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs in alignment with the center’s strategic objectives. This part time remote role involves designing program structures, defining learning outcomes, and managing schedules, resources, and instructor coordination.

The Program

Manager will monitor program performance, gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, and implement improvements to ensure high-quality training experiences. Daily tasks include preparing program documentation, tracking budgets at a basic level, coordinating communications with trainers and trainees, and ensuring programs meet institutional standards and compliance requirements. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to identify emerging training needs and support the development of new courses.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage training programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple courses or initiatives.




- Skills in stakeholder communication, including clear written and verbal communication with trainers, trainees, and internal teams.
- Competence in remote work tools, basic project management software, and documentation management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Experience in education, training, or program administration; familiarity with technical or industrial fields is an advantage.
- Analytical skills to interpret feedback and program data and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with on-site and virtual teams.
