About the job Programme Executive, Programme Development Office

Come turn good ideas into meaningful experiences — and help create stories worth telling.

Are you curious about people, passionate about creating meaningful experiences, and excited by the idea of turning ideas into action?

We're looking for a Programme Executive to join our Programme Development Office (PDO) — someone who is creative, curious, organised and enjoys bringing people and possibilities together.

From shaping programme ideas and designing activity toolkits, to working with care teams on implementation and improvement, you'll help turn concepts into experiences that are practical, purposeful and meaningful.

At the heart of what we do is a belief that everyone has a life story — stories to tell, stories still being lived, and new stories waiting to be created. We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in people and the many ways programmes can create opportunities for older adults to connect, express themselves, discover new interests and create new experiences.

What you'll get to do

- Create & curate — develop engaging programmes and activities inspired by the needs, interests and life stories of older adults.
- Bring ideas to life — turn concepts into practical session guides, toolkits, resources and programme packages.
- Make it happen — coordinate programme rollouts with care teams, volunteers and partners, and troubleshoot along the way.
- Learn & improve — gather feedback, participation data and insights to strengthen programme quality, relevance and impact.
- Support the engine room — keep programme documentation, resources, funding administration and other operational details organised and on track.

You might be our kind of person if you

- Are creative and curious , with a natural interest in people and their stories.

- Enjoy turning ideas into action and are comfortable planning, coordinating and problem-solving.
- Can see both the big picture and the little details that make a programme work.
- Enjoy collaborating with different people and bringing perspectives together.
- Have a learning mindset and are always asking, How can we make this better?
- Believe meaningful programmes can be purposeful, engaging and fun.

And you won't be doing it alone. You'll part of a fun, supportive and thriving team that brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for creating better experiences for the people we serve.

What you'll bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Gerontology, Arts Management, Psychology, Community Development or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community programmes, eldercare, social services or related areas.
- Experience in activity design, facilitation or community engagement is a plus.
- Comfort with data, documentation, reporting and operational coordination.
- Exposure to grant administration or budgeting is an advantage.

Why this role matters

Great programmes are more than activities. They can create connection, purpose, discovery and joy — and sometimes even open the door to a new chapter.

As part of PDO, you'll have the opportunity to shape programmes across Senior Care Centres, St Luke's Residences, Active Ageing Centres and other care settings,

helping older adults tell their stories, live their stories and create new ones.

If you're a creative thinker, a doer at heart, and someone who believes there are always more stories to tell, experiences to live and possibilities to create — we'd love to have you on the team.
