Working out of our Hamilto office, we are looking for our next Project Coordinator.

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects to ensure they are planned, executed, and delivered successfully in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field. PROJECT COORDINATOR Directly interfaced with customers to coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and service expectations Managed multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Handled high volumes of emails and after-hours phone support with strong communication and problem-solving skills Maintained consistent client updates via Teams chats and skilled correspondence Utilized Excel spreadsheets for tracking project milestones, task assignments, and reporting Preparing required shipping documentation Minor Accounting Functions and data entry Previous logistics/transportation and/or project coordinating experience,
