This Project

Manager role involves overseeing project activities from bid to completion. As a Project Manager reporting to the VP Projects, you will ensure project integrity at every phase. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and handle comprehensive project responsibilities including contract negotiation, quality control, and profitability. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead coordination of project activities including proposals and negotiations
- Manage resources and assign responsibilities to team members




- Monitor deliverables and project scope effectively
- Ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition

Requirements:

- 5-10 years direct construction experience
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
