Project Manager

IT International Telecom Inc. is a privately owned subsea network integrator that designs, installs, and maintains subsea telecommunications cable systems. IT is an ISO-certified company, with locations in Barbados, Montreal, and Halifax and marine operations on the east and west coasts of North America. IT is led by an entrepreneurial management team and is recognized as a leader in its field and uses up-to-date and advanced information systems.

Based in Montreal and reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this full-time role offers a competitive salary, advantages, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and documentation through execution, delivery, and post-mortem review.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs and billing milestones, and ensure client invoicing.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including third-party contractors and marine operations teams.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide progress updates, and facilitate alignment across departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and project management methodologies.
- Travel internationally as required for client meetings.

Required Competencies

- University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
- Knowledge of marine operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven skill in project planning, budgeting, risk management,



and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel internationally; valid passport required.
