Project Manager

- $35/hour hybrid position (remote/in-person), 20 hours/week
- 13 weeks: from September 21 to December 18, 2026

Description

- Design and prepare the 2026 Life Lessonz Online Skillz Lab: Circle Back, a 4 days/week peer-leading-peer workshop to teach our community lessons and skills while supporting reducing, reusing, and recycling waste
- Understand and design organizational structure/content for an online workshop program for youth with developmental delays
- Determine roles and time allocation for members of the team for the online program
- Manage, coordinate, organise responsibilities, evaluate, mentor and train individuals for specific roles, including Co-hosts and Accessibility Coach
- Modify design, assess productivity and make changes while rolling out the 2026 Life Lessonz Online Skillz Lab: Circle Back workshop
- You will be part of the administrative team to organize, create, and support the 2026 Life Lessonz Online Skillz Lab: Circle Back

Requirements

- Must have own form of transportation
- Able to work in a hybrid team setting
- Detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, engaging/enthusiastic, personable, independent, collaborative, and a firm believer in providing age appropriate/relevant material that celebrate all abilities
- Experience or education in teaching, training, using AI efficiently in developing a program
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design software is an asset




- Experience with TikToks/Instagram Reels and other forms of social media content creation is considered an asset
