Key Responsibilities

- Manage lighting specification projects from inception to completion, on time and within scope.
- Develop project drawings, spec sheets and submittal packages with sales reps, clients and contractors.
- Track projects, quotes and orders in Parspec and Oasis, and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep scope, timing and changes aligned.
- Identify and resolve risks early (lead times, substitutions, site changes) before they affect the schedule.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years managing projects in lighting, electrical distribution,



or a comparable specification-driven industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of the lighting specification cycle.
- Tech: Proficiency in Parspec and Oasis, or comparable quoting and project management software.
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills, clear communicator across designers, trades and clients, detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Able to run multiple projects at once in a fast-paced workplace.
