Job Summary
We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering collaboration among teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Utilize construction estimating tools and Civil 3D for accurate cost forecasting and site planning.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections using Bluebeam for digital documentation and quality control checks.
- Lead team meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues promptly, and motivate team members toward shared goals.
- Ensure projects adhere to all contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools for accurate budgeting.
- Familiarity with civil engineering principles and site planning practices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents confidently to guide project execution.
