1. Project Superintendent required for ICI
Potential candidates will have a minimum of 15 years proven track record, supervising and an additional (minimum) 10 years hands on carpentry & formwork within retail, restaurant commercial projects. Experience and knowledge related to building shell upgrades, mechanical and electrical systems in order to incorporate new work is a definite asset.
Gold Seal training & further related Post Secondary education will be wanted. Proven ability to plan ahead, review, implement and achieve or better schedule and job cost goals is required. As well, this position will require hands on work: civil, carpentry, concrete and specialty items of work, while being in charge of your project.
