Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong practical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The Maintenance

Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of our resort, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various cottages and systems within the resort
- Pool inspections
- Grounds cutting grass, trim, lawn care
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and or management.
- Be on standby or available for emergency's should the arise - Maybe 2 times a season this happens
- Be able to drive a boat is a bonus but not needed




- Be available on your phone 24/7 for emergency's

Experience

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.

This is seasonal and in the winter will keep going on maintenance projects till finished inside and outside. Work will be 35- 40 hr a week and staged around weather and general checks daily or as needed.
