Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or relevant industry-specific credentials are considered a plus.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the candidate pipeline. The individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions. They will utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.

The role also involves screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring teams. Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and providing regular updates to stakeholders is essential. Additionally,



the candidate will participate in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
