Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality testing and release of aseptic products and soup batches, including pH, Brix, Total Solids, Density, Sodium, sensory, and organoleptic evaluations.




- Perform routine line, product, packaging, case, cooler, glass, weight, pasteurizer, and peroxide checks.
- Manage NCRs, product holds, investigations, documentation, and follow-up through closure.
- Assist with microbiological testing, plating, sample collection, and external laboratory submissions as required.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Food Science or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data-entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to conduct sensory evaluations, including tasting liquid broth containing meat and seafood ingredients.
