About the Role

Our client, a reputable organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality control initiatives in Kimberley . This critical role ensures that all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, experience in the FMCG manufacturing environment, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs and systems for FMCG products .
- Oversee all quality control testing and inspection processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Manage and train the QA team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is essential.
- Robust knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
