Our client is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to drive regulatory compliance within their quick-paced manufacturing and distribution facility.

You will manage three QA staff and handle daily batch releases, ensuring adherence to Health Canada regulations and quality protocols. This role demands leadership and agility while supporting GACP certification and implementing the Elevated Signals QA software. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the QA department for optimal performance
- Oversee 3–4 daily batch releases with documentation accuracy




- Act as QA contact for packaging and production operations
- Support record maintenance for GACP certification
- Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

- 3–5+ years experience in cannabis or related QA fields
- Knowledge of Cannabis Act and Health Canada compliance
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in QMS platforms; Elevated Signals a plus
- French proficiency is beneficial
