Delon Laboratories is a cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturer in the West Island of Montreal.
Job Purpose The In Process Control (IPC) perform checks before, during, and at the end of production in order to monitor and, if appropriate, to adjust the process to ensure that the product conforms to its specifications and/or other defined quality criteria.
Role and Responsibilities The IPC is responsible to establish manufacturing controls by:
- Ensure line cleanliness and clearance before the production process starts;
- Interact with line leaders about product and production to comply with cGMP and GDP
- Test products during the production process to ensure it complies with required specifications;
- Collect retained samples and samples for analysis;
- Report all non-conformity issues found during production to QA.
- Ensure each pallets are identified as appropriate status
- Perform spot check of each pallet under Quarantine
- Maintain label inventory cards
- Verify and sign daily Equipment Usage History form and Report of cleaning of the production areas form.
Qualifications
- Background in science or similar domain is an asset;
- Work experience in testing lab, pharma or cosmetic manufacturing facility is an asset;
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills
