Job Summary A position in Quality Control is open at a rapidly growing Richmond Hill manufacturing Company. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager in checking products. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet specifications
- Recording inspection results
- Communicating with the production team to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Notify managers about quality issues
Qualifications:
- Able to understand mechanical drawings is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
- Great attention to detail and noticing small differences is a must
- Great Mechanical amplitude and able to use inspection tools (i.e. caliper) is a must
- Basic computer skills are a must
- Able to work in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of fasteners and hardware is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics/circuit is a plus
Additional Information:
- Clean work environment
- Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- You must supply your own steel-toed safety shoes
- French not required
