Duties
- Provide comprehensive immigration consulting services to clients, including assessment of eligibility and application preparation
- Conduct thorough research on immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to stay current with industry changes
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support accurate and timely application submissions
- Assist clients with documentation, form completion, and submission processes for various immigration programs
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with government agencies and legal professionals to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Support data collection efforts for ongoing research projects related to immigration trends and policy impacts
Requirements
- Proven experience or background in the food industry or laboratory settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior laboratory experience or familiarity with product development processes is advantageous
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately
- Excellent research capabilities to gather relevant information efficiently
- Effective analysis skills to evaluate client cases and immigration options critically
- Knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and the role of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach
