Oscar C Wong Qualified Corporation is currently seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk to join our firm on a full-time, in-person basis. The successful candidate will assist with Ontario residential real estate transaction files and support the smooth operation of our real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and mortgage transactions
- Prepare and manage closing documents, title searches, and relevant correspondence
- Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and other law firms as necessary
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and filed
- Maintain organized files and manage deadlines to ensure timely closings

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Ontario residential real estate law
- Basic understanding of the real estate transaction process in Ontario




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files concurrently
- Proficiency with legal software and office tools is an asset

Work Schedule:
- In-person at our Richmond Hill office
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Compensation:

- Posted salary is for information only. Salary commensurate with experience.
