What You'll Do

As a REALTOR® with Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd., you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and your sphere
- Follow up with brokerage-generated opportunities
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Show properties and guide clients through the buying process
- Develop and market listings




- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage your client pipeline through CRM systems
- Communicate with clients throughout the transaction
- Build your referral and repeat-client business
- Participate in training, coaching and professional development
- Take responsibility for growing your own real estate business

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Your income is directly connected to your production. We provide the systems, opportunities, training and support designed to help you create more opportunities and turn them into business.

No traditional desk fees.

Locations: Scarborough and Durham Region, Ontario

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time or Part-time

Real estate is an entrepreneurial career, and REALTORS® have flexibility in how they structure their business and schedule.

Qualifications

Required

- Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)

Preferred:
- Active Ontario real estate licence
- Currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program
- Previous sales, customer service, business development or relationship-based experience
