Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
- Process reservations, modifications and special requests efficiently.
(by phone or walk-in)
- Inform clients about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
- Execute all tasks appearing on the checklist (Knowledge of VIPs of the day, groups and events of the day)
- Perform system updates and accomplish any task related to the position.
Desired Profile
- Relevant experience in a reception agent position.
- Bilingualism (French and English essential, clientele predominantly English-speaking)
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
