Clinic is a busy, independently owned small animal vet hospital in Nobleton with a big heart! We’re looking for a FT receptionist / client services representative to help with client calls and emails, to greet and take excellent care of our clients, organize patient intakes and cashouts, assist our vets, help when needed with animal handling and medical procedures, and keep our nest sparkly clean. We're looking for someone who makes everyone smile and makes our small staff even more amazing. If you have veterinary reception experience, know Avimark well, experience with animals, a customer service background, strong writing and verbal skills, a charming and warm personality, excel at multitasking,
are an organization ninja, and know how to deliver an outstanding client experience, we want to meet you. The position is 4-5 days a week, 8 or 9 - 5, no weekends. Previous veterinary receptionist and animal handling experience needed.
