? Weekend Receptionist – Part-Time

Hartwell Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team at our Main Street location.

We are a women-owned, local Vancouver business with multiple locations, proudly serving the Sunset community and surrounding neighbourhoods.

? Your Schedule

Saturday: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Sunday: 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM

Starting wage: $19/hour

After successful probation: $20/hour

There is potential for this position to grow into a Full-Time position with Company Extended Health Benefits and a Health Spending Account (HSA) plan.

Occasional coverage shifts may also be available at our SW Marine Drive and E. 39th Avenue locations. Flexibility to cover last-minute shifts is an asset.

? What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is:

- Excellent at communicating with patients in person and over the telephone
- Confident and skilled at booking appointments by phone
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently




- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Flexible and willing to occasionally cover last-minute shifts
- Experienced with Jane App — an asset
- Able to speak an additional language — an asset
- Previous healthcare or clinic reception experience — an asset

? The Role

Along with reception and administrative duties, you will help keep our clinic running smoothly by:

- Greeting patients and managing the front desk
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Managing appointment changes and cancellations
- Processing payments
- Communicating with therapists and patients
- Completing clinic laundry and restocking linens
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
- Keeping treatment rooms and common areas clean and welcoming
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
