We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team seasonally. This positions main job is to clearly communicating with customers and other staff members both verbally and in writing. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
We are looking for someone who can multitask and is passionate in the work they do. We expect this position to be filled March - November, this can vary depending on how busy we are.
Duties
- Schedule septic pumping appointments with customers by phone calls, text messages, and emails then input them into our software called Jobber.
- Create efficient truck routes and communicate with our technicians throughout the day.
- Follow up with customers when problems need to be discussed.
- Enter payments from customers.
- Maintain an organized office environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Must be confident in your skills with technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
This is a very important role in our business as you are the first point of contact our customers have so finding a friendly and qualified person is our goal. Ideal hours would be 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. We are a young family run business so you must be comfortable working along side your employer, we currently operate out of a home office, office trailer and a brand new shop. We are a fast growing business and looking for someone to grow with us. A year round position will be available in the future.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
