Drive recruitment success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Voyago, Transdev Ontario located in London, Ontario. This onsite role is focused on sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates across diverse divisions. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, playing a critical role in the entire recruitment lifecycle.

This position is suited for a results-oriented individual with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, especially in fast-paced settings. An understanding of local community dynamics will enhance your ability to attract candidates. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive recruitment efforts and post all job opportunities
- Conduct interviews and maintain detailed candidate databases




- Monitor recruitment progress and report metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on candidate attraction campaigns
- Support a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with community recruitment initiatives
