We’re looking for a confident, motivated RDH who delivers excellent patient care, communicates extremely well, and wants to be part of a supportive, modern dental team.

We are especially interested in a hygienist who does more than “just clean teeth” — someone who can recognize and communicate important clinical findings and help patients understand their oral health.

What we’re looking for

- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong periodontal assessment and patient education
- Ability to recognize and appropriately identify concerns such as:
- Periodontal disease
- Orthodontic concerns
- Missing teeth and potential treatment needs
- Caries, recession, wear, and other relevant findings
- Comfortable communicating findings to both patients and the dentist
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Able to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
