The Role

As an RMT at Align Wellness, you will be part of a clinic that values thoughtful care, consistency, and meaningful client connections.

You will:

- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and clear communication
- Support continuity of care through treatment planning and rebooking
- Collaborate with other practitioners and contribute to a positive clinic culture
- Continue learning and refining your practice in a supportive environment
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and qualified clinic space
- Show up with curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people get better

What We’re Looking For

- Registered and in good standing with the NHPC
- Strong clinical foundation and commitment to quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends
- Interest in being part of the Cochrane community
- Experience level is flexible. What matters most is how you show up

Compensation and Growth

- 35% split, negotiable based on experience and existing client base
- Flexible scheduling
