ProxyLink is hiring for a Release Management Consultant on behalf of a leading enterprise client. We are looking for an experienced professional with robust ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise to support enterprise Release Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) solutions.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, forms, notifications, approvals, dashboards, and reporting.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Change Management, CMDB, SPM, DevOps, CI/CD, and other enterprise systems .
- Lead stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
- Establish and improve release governance , including release calendars, scheduling, risk and dependency management,



and deployment coordination.
- Support requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Develop documentation, training materials, user guides, and knowledge-transfer resources.
- Provide expertise on ITIL, ITSM, Release Management, and ServiceNow best practices .

Must-Have Qualifications

- 7+ years delivering ITSM solutions in large enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration, customization, administration, and implementation.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Release Management/DPRM .
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices .
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, CMDB, SPM, DevOps, and CI/CD tools .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Nice to Have

- Experience with enterprise technology environments including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, and telecommunications .
- Experience developing enterprise Release Management governance and operating models.
