Code is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy. Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.

Healthcare

Recruitment preferred 3+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate). ~ Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines. ~ Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver. ~ Experience with high volume recruitment.

Experience with Healthcare or Government/Public Sector roles a plus
