Role Description The Remote Life &

Benefits Insurance Career Agent is a contract role focused on educating and assisting individuals and families in selecting appropriate life and advantages insurance coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, presenting policy options, explaining coverage details, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process. The agent will proactively follow up with leads, maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, and use digital tools and CRM systems to track activities and client information.





This remote position requires consistent online availability, collaboration with team leadership, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards while providing responsive, client-centered support.

Qualifications

- Ability to build trust with clients, listen actively, and communicate complex insurance concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the capacity to identify client needs and recommend suitable life and benefits insurance solutions.
- Comfort with remote work tools, including video conferencing, CRM platforms, and digital documentation systems.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts, follow up on leads, and meet performance goals.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and accurate record-keeping in all client interactions.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; life and health insurance licensing as required by local regulations is a strong asset.
