As a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, digital partners, and Agile Scrum teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will play a key role in a fast-paced agile environment, contributing to the full software solution delivery lifecycle while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the agile delivery teams. Lead end-to-end delivery execution across multiple Agile teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, committed outcomes, and customer expectations.
Facilitate and coach teams through all Scrum ceremonies, including PI & Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Demos, and Release Manage program/project delivery by project intake, plans, schedules, milestones, budgets forecast and governance frameworks. Partner with Project/Program Managers, Technology, and Vendors to gather estimate, track forecasts and expenditures, analyze variances, and provide financial insights. Build strong partnerships with Product Owners, Technical Leads, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to align product roadmap, release goals, business outcomes, financial commitments, and execution plans.
Monitor delivery health, sprint commitments, release readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and program progress while providing executive-level reporting, communication, and decision support. Remove impediments, resolve delivery challenges, and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, accountability,
continuous improvement, and high performance. Establish and track delivery KPIs, including velocity, throughput, flow metrics, capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, and delivery outcomes to drive data-informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and change management practices while driving successful adoption of project outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery effectiveness, quality, predictability, and organizational agility while ensuring delivery of high-quality product increments that meet business and customer expectations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ~3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within cross-functional Agile teams, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices, and a proven ability to apply them effectively to drive team performance and delivery outcomes. ~ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, including the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence). ~ Strong project estimation, planning, and organizational skills. ~ Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ~ Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project deliverables and outcomes. ~ Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
Cloud, AI and Modern SDLC Delivery Practices Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (AKS).
Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, and Adobe Analytics.
Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software solution delivery tools to improve productivity and accelerate software delivery. Good understanding of Generative AI technologies, including Microsoft OpenAI, Google Gemini, and related AI platforms.
